About Auwal
My Name is Awwal, father of alliteration. I attained the name as an accolades from my pen friends on social media. Because I'm a blessed bard who build ballads with buzzwords like billions of bricks in Brooklyn. I'm a wizard who weave words with wisdom like Wordsmith worshipping works Of Wordsworth. I'm a poet who paint pictures in poems and praise poetry with plethora of passion. So my unique calibre for giving birth to alliterative lines gave me the title 'Father of alliteration '. However, I have been worshipping words for almost a decade, and I had composed over two hundred poems( yet to be published). My fathomless depth of passion for poetry is far beyond measure. That is why I have the courage to share my thoughts and experience with you. I would like you to engage with me in this lecture so that we can strip our naked hearts in poetry. Poetry is one of the fundamental basics of literature and mostly seen as an esoteric genre. Most people find it difficult to grasp the message being conveyed in poetic lines. However, this is due to the lack of guidance and passion for poetry. Poetry is a creative pattern of putting down your thoughts,imaginations and beliefs through the construction of rhymes at the end of every single line. Moreover, one doesn't necessarily need to compose poetry with rhymes, and this form of poetry is known as 'free verse '. This erudite platform is willing to support and enables you to understand and even compose poetry on your own.
