About Yonca
I studied Sociology at the university. In other words I found my current job a bit late which I am passionate about.
I started to work out at home with YouTube videos but at some point they weren’t enough for me, so I decided to learn how to teach Pilates.
The more I was learning, the more I wanted to learn about human anatomy and movement strategies etc.
Then I had education about Functional Training and Animal Flow.
After that I got my master's degree on Science of Movement and Training, in Türkiye.

We will be designing your lessons together according to your needs and wants.
In one lesson you can do pilates, and another lesson you can find yourself doing HIIT or Animal Flow.
Doing exercise should be something you enjoy, well at least after the lesson you should be feeling good about yourself :)
The duration of the lessons is approximately 50 minutes.
