I was a Benzodiazepine moderator in a FB support group. Sadly I was cold turkey'd off a Benzodiazepine and I have tremendous experience coping with the adverse reaction from coming off a Benzo cold turkey. Through positive thinking, meditation, eating healthy and fitness I can help you feel better.
