My technique is about creating an open space that is contemplative, interactive and accommodating to questions seeking and geared towards personal growth and transformation.
My hope and goal at the end of each lesson is to equip learners to share and teach their own unique perspective and methods discovered on their journey towards personal development. To leave each individual empowered with who and what is inside of them.
