About Sailakshmi
Currently, I teach Engineering students . They are taught lessons prescribed in the curriculum. Language Practice is given that includes learning of vocabulary and Grammar.
As a Blessed Teacher I would like to share and impart whatever knowledge I have so as to enable my students learn academically and practice the same for ethics and values. This will make them true citizens of society.

I am a Master Trainer and so my method of teaching includes Interactive Instructional TPS- Think-Pair-Share mode. It is completely Activity Based where in the teaching and learning process includes lot of games and playful activities.
For instance if students are asked to introduce, I make them prompt any verb and introduce. Eg; My name is John and I like -------- ( Jumping is prompted ) The first letter of every name will be taken by each student to prompt any action verb. This activity will make students Get to know one another easily and it can make them remember the names of their friends. Besides, a number of action verbs can be learnt.
Interaction Patterns can be used to make the students involve in our teaching. In pairing activity each student can think about the problem given in pairs and share the solution and then represent the same to the entire class.
As a teacher, I can tune students and motivate them to learn in an interesting way.
I can teach any level of students. I prefer to teach college students.
