My teaching method is very organic. It depends on the class. Different classes has a different way of acquiring information. Some classes dislike social interactions and some classes love it. I start each class with an introduction on what we will done in the lesson and what the student should understand after the lesson. This is followed by content and mutual interaction. Interaction help me understand where the student is in terms of understanding the content. I allow for questions and general discussions and application to current societal issues. This is concluded by a conclusion of the work. But my lesson plan revolve around what the student is comfortable with. I believe in discipline but at the same time I am patient with students and I am open to their perspectives.
