About Ian
I address several aspects of formal music writing and auditory perception training based mainly on Bohumil Med's 'Theory of Music', and always drawing attention to situations in the student's musical practice in which the studied contents can be useful. All materials used in class are available for consultation in the cloud. To help college students choose the course, we deal with the differences between the possibilities of degrees available in Curitiba and the challenges of a musician's career. I am always available for quick queries through WhatsApp and open to suggestions in order to adapt classes for individual needs.

I am a musician with a degree in Music and a postgraduate student in Music Education at IFPR. I am involved in music in different ways, but mainly as a teacher since 2014. I love teaching and I have worked with students of different ages and experiences, from social projects to music schools, individual and group classes. My area of greatest affinity is with the theoretical disciplines: Perception, LEM, Arrangement, Composition ... and in practice I dedicate myself more to Keyboard and Drums with heavy metal.
