About Lucy
I have been teaching pottery and other forms of art all around the Twin Cities and surrounding areas for the past 5 years. Pottery has been my biggest passion since I was a freshman in high school. I make functional dinnerware , planters, and other usable pieces for the home. All of my work is inspired by the time I spend outdoors hiking, backpacking and climbing. I want to share my knowledge and love for the art with anyone that wants to learn!

I am incredibly flexible with our time together. My main goal is for you to leave your lesson with all of the tools you need to create your next desired project. A lesson with me can look like an in-depth structured crash course for first time hand building or wheel throwing potters. It could also be more like a Q and A problem solving session to level up your technique or to help you create the project of your dreams. Just tell me your needs and I will come up with the perfect lesson for you!
