About Killian

Despite the fact that I am not a graduate in this field, I have been training myself in this field for more than 5 years now and the results are more than satisfactory.
I know it may seem scary but I will be able to reassure you from the first contact, I believe I have enough legitimacy in calisthenics and pedagogy to transmit my knowledge.

About the lesson

Ranging from a beginner to intermediate/advanced level, the accompaniment will be done using personalized programs and seen with the student.
The scientific side of the discipline in question will be discussed and I will try to answer as many questions as possible.
As for the course format, there is the possibility of remote monitoring as well as on-site monitoring.
The most important: the warm-up will have a very important place with all the explanations behind it.
