About Komal
I’m Komal Chauhan, a certified yoga instructor and founder of Mommy’s Yoga Nest in Hyderabad. With a strong focus on prenatal yoga, I help expecting mothers feel safe, supported, and empowered throughout their pregnancy journey.
USA Alliance Certified Yoga Teacher (RYT 200) with specialization in Prenatal Yoga (RPYT 85)
