About Kareem
I have many referrals that will verify they were happy with my training advice, and even happier with the results they received. I received my personal training certification from Can Fit Pro. The number 1 goal I have for myself is to be in amazing shape. I have done the research, tested the theories and have implemented many plans, just to see what truly works. This is one of the reasons my clients have been successful. I love training! My clients get programs that are time-tested and tested by myself again, just to make sure. Using simple concepts and repetitive execution, I will show you how to get the results that you want. I have been training for 20+ years, over those years I have earned great results for myself, and taught others how to do the same. I have the ability to take something that many dread, and make it a challenge that my clients want to overcome. My presence, knowledge and relatability make training interesting, instead of a chore. That, on top of the results, is the biggest encouragement for my clients to continue working hard.
