About Ella

I have taught in schools in the UK, Hong Kong, Taiwan and Italy as well as online to over 20 different nationalities. I am a qualified teacher and studied at the University of Manchester, one of the top teaching and research universities in the UK. I will ensure I get to know you as a student and believe that the best way to be successful is to find a teacher that understands how you learn and what you need.

About the lesson

My lessons will be adapted to suit your needs and goals. I am a qualified teacher from the UK with over 10 years' experience teaching in classrooms at home and abroad. I also have lots of experience teaching online and with nationalities from all over the globe. This means I will ensure your lessons are suited to meet your goals. I specialise in primary school and EAL learning in maths and English and can help you prepare for the 11+. I have previously taught business English, prepared students for their IELTS in order to get onto their master's courses of choice and even taught in restaurants to help with service. I am open-minded, relaxed and ready to adapt curriculum so that you can achieve what you need!

I had the pleasure of learning with Ella, and I couldn't have asked for a better experience. She was always professional, bringing a perfect balance of structure and creativity to each lesson. Every class felt fresh and engaging — never repetitive or trivial. Thanks to her innovative approach, I found myself learning with ease and, most importantly, having a lot of fun along the way. Ella made every session something to look forward to, and I am truly grateful for the knowledge and confidence I gained. I highly recommend her to anyone looking to learn English in an inspiring and enjoyable way!
