About Lauren
Hi, I'm Lauren!
I'm in my first year of a Primary Education degree at university and enjoy teaching children of all ages.
My favourite subjects at school were english and history, however history at GCSE was always a bit tricky to get my head around sometimes and I struggled to find anyone who could help me to develop the skills I needed.
So I've always wanted to find a way to offer students the help I needed.

I will find methods of teaching that work to the needs and understanding of each individual child, while focusing specifically on areas that they are struggling the most with.
Lessons are typically 1 - 2 hours long, which mimic those of school lessons.
I will also try my best to tailor lessons to work alongside what is being taught in school.
As a Primary Education student as Portsmouth University, I will use the knowledge and skills acquired from lessons and placements to create a productive (and more importantly fun) lesson for children.
