About Siya
I am a dedicated and enthusiastic teacher with experience across Key Stage 1 and Key Stage 2. I am passionate about helping children build confidence, develop their skills, and enjoy their learning. My approach is creative and adaptable, using storytelling, games, and interactive activities to make lessons engaging and meaningful. I have supported a wide range of learners, including EAL pupils and children who benefit from extra scaffolding or challenge. I believe every child deserves to feel valued and successful, and I work hard to create a supportive environment where they can thrive.

My lessons are designed to be engaging, supportive, and tailored to each child’s individual needs. I use a variety of techniques including storytelling, games, discussion, and digital tools to make learning interactive and enjoyable. A typical session lasts 60 minutes, though shorter sessions (30–45 minutes) are available for younger learners to maintain focus. I have experience teaching across Key Stage 1 and Key Stage 2, supporting children of all abilities, including EAL learners. My tutoring is aimed at pupils aged 5–11 or at GCSE level who may need help building confidence, filling learning gaps, or extending their knowledge in English and maths.
