About Shweta
I am an English educator with a strong academic background and five years of teaching experience. I hold a Bachelor's degree in Science (2018), a Bachelor of Education (2020), and a Master's degree in English (2024). Currently, I work with Army Public School and also provide private tutoring in Spoken English and English Grammar.
Over the years, I have taught students from Classes 3 to 7 and have helped them develop stronger communication skills, improve their grammar, and gain confidence in using English in everyday situations.
What I enjoy most about teaching is seeing students overcome their fear of speaking English. Many learners hesitate to express themselves because they are afraid of making mistakes. I strive to create a supportive environment where students feel comfortable speaking, learning, and growing. Teaching is a journey of mutual growth for me—I learn from my students just as they learn from me.
My classes are friendly, interactive, and student-centered. I believe that students learn best when they actively participate, so I encourage them to speak more than I do. Rather than focusing solely on grammar rules, I connect lessons to real-life situations so that students can understand how English is actually used in daily communication.
I also provide personalized attention to students who need additional support. When necessary, I use a bilingual approach to ensure complete understanding of concepts, because meaningful learning is far more important than memorizing rules without understanding them.

My teaching approach is student-centered, practical, and interactive. I believe that learning is most effective when students actively participate rather than simply memorize information. I focus on experiential learning so as my students are able to relate it with their life and environment. Since I am a school teacher the usual strength of my class is at least 20 students.
I am patient and possess an approachable teaching style.
I have the ability to simplify complex concepts into easy-to-understand explanations.
