About Mia

My name is Mia. I am 31 years old and have been teaching for 9 years. I am passionate about educating the future of Aotearoa. I have many years of experience working with neuro-diverse, and high-needs children. I am friendly, kind, and knowledgeable.

About the lesson

I am friendly, clear, and concise in my lessons. They can range from whatever time frame suits - 1 - 1.5 hours.

I have sound knowledge of the New Zealand Curriculum from years 1 -5.

I believe in a needs-based approach -a good relationship or trust and understanding with my student is a must.
