I have worked as a special education teacher for twenty years teaching children with disabilities and neurotypical children literacy. I have a post graduate diploma in special education from The university in Galway and trained as a Reading Recovery teacher. I have a degree in English and am a qualified secondary and primary teacher. I taught infants from September 2022 to June 2025 and have worked in primary school since 2000. I worked in adult education for over a year, teaching asylum seekers English.
