About Tatjana

Hi, my name is TATi and I am the founder of @tati_things_
Originally I come from the South of Germany. I graduated with a MA in Knitwear for Fashion from IFM in Paris. Previously, I worked for KENZO in the knitwear team. I focused on Graphic Design in my Foundation Year and then I started my BA in Fashion Design in Switzerland and The Netherlands under the lead of Jurgi Parsons. I have done brand projects with Adidas but also Acne Studios and I have worked for Charles Jeffrey LOVERBOY in London and many other upcoming brands around the globe. I am very much experienced in teaching and I will give space for your own personal style and help you develop it as deep as possible. I have helped student with their portfolios and in their design process to get them internships for different brands in Europe. I am convinced that I can help you to prepare a portfolio to get you into the art school you wish. In addition, I offer constant support during the full process.

About the lesson

TOPICS: - Research methods & experimentation. - Sketchbook development & the importance of a good storytelling. - Layout and Graphic support for your Portfolio application for internships or university - Interview preparation for jobs & university applications BA / MA - Inputs in Knitwear Design process - on request I can teach you how to use the domestic knitting machine & crocheting Support in: Photoshop/ Illustrator/ Indesign/ Adobe Premiere Pro/ Laser Cutting/ Illustrate on the iPad Pro I expect you to do homework for every meeting so we can process. It is all about hard work and I am sure you will be accepted at the university of your wish.
