Hi! My name is Victor and I am a 500hr certified yoga instructor,breath work practitioner and nutrition coach. I am passionate about creating wellness plan to help people overcome stress and anxiety. I have suffered with stress and anxiety throughout my life and wish to share the life changing tools I've had success with personally.
