About Eugénie

I am a private chef for Veggie Popote, my small business. I cook for all kinds of events, in private homes, yoga classes, catering for filming and many others.
I became vegetarian in 2014 and, discovering new ingredients and new ways of cooking increased my interest and passion for cooking. Since then, no one could stop me!
This last year I noticed that I loved and preferred sharing my recipes, passing them on rather than cooking itself, that's why I'm here, so that Veggie Popote becomes a place of sharing and conviviality.

About the lesson

Pleasure and balance are what I'm looking for when cooking and also what I love to share. Whether you want to enrich your menus with more small vegetarian dishes, or would like to learn balanced and gourmet vegan cuisine, or would like to diversify your solid bases, I like to work with you at all stages of reflection and desire. We will chat about what you really want during a free first meeting and I'll create a menu that we'll craft together during the workshop. I hope to be able to introduce you to new ingredients that will surprise you but also to another simple but delicious way of cooking ingredients that you already know, and that will make you want to continue the plant-based adventure on a daily basis.
