About Emily
I am an experienced English, philosophy and psychology tutor based in Edinburgh city centre, and have been tutoring for four years. Prior to this I have taught English, maths and science at two schools in India. I hold an M.Sc. in philosophy and psychology and a CELTA qualification from the Centre of English Studies.
I have pupils studying for Nat 5, Higher, Advanced Higher and GCSE. As well as helping those with learning difficulties (Dyslexia and ADHD specifically).
I also help younger children with reading and spelling.
I provide essay assistance for university students and have prepared international students for their IELTS and B2 exams.
I am a member of the PVG scheme by Disclosure Scotland. For any documents, please ask me. I look forward to hearing from you!
