About Holly
My name is Holly. I am a certified yoga, breathwork, and meditation teacher. With certifications in Hatha yoga, Vinyasa yoga, restorative yoga, breathwork, and yoga nidra. Registered with the Global Yoga Alliance.
I've spent years studying ancient yoga philosophies, the human nervous system, and combining that with my deep personal interest in neuroscience.
My mission is to help busy people reconnect with themselves, feel safe in their bodies, and cultivate an inner sense of calm and clarity while navigating a busy demanding life
