About Gabriel

Hi! I'm Gabe.

I have had extensive experience in the health, fitness & wellbeing sector from a young age.

I currently have numerous fitness & nutrition certifications as well as a degree in Sport Science. I also, have previously employed over 45 PT's around the UK within one of my fitness companies, as well as being a competitive pro combat athlete holding a European Title! Some of my clients include celebrities & CEO's.

My goal is to help as many people achieve their health & fitness goals for an affordable rate with a no BS approach.

More about me:

I have always had a keen interest in sports from a young age, but I found my calling in martial arts and started training in Karate aged 7. I consequently progressed in belt level and started participating in several other martial arts as time went on. I then began training in Mixed Martial Arts in my teenage years and a little later in Brazilian Jiu Jitsu (BJJ). As my proficiency increased, I began competing and testing myself against other athletes in an array of combat sports. In later years, with friends and fellow combat athletes I helped to build a local MMA and BJJ school in which I currently do some coaching and train an array of PT clients. Furthermore, to better my knowledge of sports and fitness, I attained a BSc degree in Sports, Fitness and Coaching as well as several additional fitness qualifications!

About the lesson

All my teachings are from experience & not a text book. All exercises & knowledge provided I use/ have used personally for my own training. I take an authentic approach to fitness & health, giving you the respect, to actually get you to where you want to be, without the BS. Thus my impeccable satisfaction rate & appeal to high profile/time poor clients.
