About Max

I have developed players on and off the field in Qatar, Greece, Colombia, USA etc. This is only possible when you are a coach, a teacher, trainer and when you really care. Girls are different than boys, Pro are different than amateurs, National teams are different that’s clubs. But what’s not different is that I had to adapt to different cultures and clubs, countries, religions and languages. I did it with passion, professionalism and mentoring from A to Z, players and coaches. I’m multilingual which allowed me to communicate and have a network created in my vast experience.

About the lesson

In my country of Uruguay football is a religion. I grew up with the drive to stand out since less than 1% becomes professionals. In this long journey of hard work and dreams my goal today is to make an impact on the athletes and commit myself to help and teach a path to their success. Words like Perseverance, Resiliency, Respect, Dreams, Effort, Preparation, “Invisible Training" and Passion are tools that we have or learn for that incredible journey.
I hold a FIFA Pro License Diploma, I have worked the last 15 years at the highest levels of soccer and keep updating my Pro License with courses and methodologies. I’m fluent in 5 languages and earn a bachelor’s degree from Bellas Artes University in Linguistics.
I will adapt to the player and create a unique file for you and see immediate changes and results.
I worked hard for my dream and accomplished winning championships as a player and as a coach today.
