My name is Sophie and I have a level 3 NVQ in patisserie and confectionary. I got an A* in my food tech GCSE and knew that’s what I wanted to do. I have worked in bakeries both front and back of house for 4 years. I want to encourage people to join the industry

Use fun ways to learn such as quizzes and games do help drill the information into your memory. A lesson will range from 45 minutes to an hour and we would have topic tests to confirm your brain is full of the knowledge. As someone who doesn’t retain information well I will work with you to study in ways which is most helpful for you
