About Lola
Hello! I’m Lola, a Los Angeles–based professional DJ and music creative with experience performing at clubs, brand activations, private events, corporate events, and wellness experiences.
I’ve performed for brands including Dolce & Gabbana, Nike, ALO, and lululemon, and have built my career independently through live performance, networking, content, and hands-on experience in the music industry.
I know DJing can feel overwhelming when you’re first starting, especially with so much equipment, software, terminology, and technique to learn. My goal is to make the process approachable, practical, and fun while helping each student build real confidence behind the decks. I tailor every lesson to where you are and what you want to accomplish.
Whether you’re touching DJ equipment for the first time, working on smoother transitions, building your first set, learning how to read a crowd, or preparing to perform live, I’ll help you develop the skills and confidence to DJ independently.

My lessons are built around your goals, musical taste, current experience, and the kind of DJ you want to become. In-person lessons take place at my fully equipped studio in Sawtelle, Los Angeles, where students can learn hands-on using a professional DJ setup in a comfortable, creative environment.
We can work on DJ fundamentals, equipment setup, beatmatching, phrasing, transitions, EQing, song selection, playlist and set preparation, crowd reading, performance techniques, and building confidence for live gigs.
A typical lesson begins with a quick check-in on your goals and what you’d like to improve. From there, we work directly on the decks with plenty of hands-on practice. I focus on explaining not only how to do something, but why it works, so you leave each session understanding how to apply those skills on your own.
