The most important thing for me is to create a comfortable and friendly atmosphere during our lessons. We will combine self-care practices with storytelling or just enjoy every movement in the quiet and relaxing atmosphere. To personalize our work, I’ll start by asking about your preferences and goals — why you’d like to take lessons. Based on your answers, I’ll create a customized training plan just for you. We can even choose a language to talk since I speak Russian, English and Italian. Your well-being is my goal
