About Jessica

I have worked with dancers, music artists like Ariana Grande, Billie Eilish, Usher, Nicki Minaj, and many more artists who have had a range of no training all the way to professional levels of movement experience. I believe everyone can access expression physically and no minimum level is required to begin.

I will always do a daily check-in to see what you are bringing with you to the work that day because I believe everything matters and can be utilized in expression, release, freedom, and joy.

My goal is to have you end each session wanting to start again.

Coaching sessions can be done virtually to allow you to stay in the comfort of your home as you dive into the possibilities and vulnerabilities of what you desire to move towards in your life.

About the lesson

I believe that everyone can dance and express themselves through movement. I've also learned that fears and doubts can often crowd the experience of expression.

A typical dance lesson will start with a warm-up and stretching and will continue with learning and performing choreography.

A typical coaching session starts with a dialogue of what's coming up in all aspects and where you'd like to grow. Then we can discuss mindset shifts or actions to take to grow your skills, self-efficacy, connection to self, etc., and end with some homework to play with before our next session.

I teach movers that range from beginners to advanced.
In coaching, I've mostly worked with goal-driven dancers, artists, and athletes, and I believe that the work translates to humans of all backgrounds not limited to artists.

The first free lesson with Jessica will allow you to get to know each other and clearly specify your needs for your next lessons.

Each lesson is $100 per hour. If there is a studio rental fee, I can find a studio at an affordable price in the Valley and absorb that cost at no extra charge to you.

There is an option for a free 30-minute session to connect to one another prior to any working sessions to make sure we are a great fit for each other prior to jumping into the work!
