About Edith
I am an international development/community project management consultant with over 15 years of experience in designing, implementing and evaluating development projects targeting marginalized communities. Further, i have extensive experience training professionals at all levels working in development and NGO context. All this is based on my experience working on over 10 countries around the world.
I am currently working as an independent consultant and i would love to coach young upcoming professionals

My approach is problem based. I take a system approach to learning, starting with identifying my learner's needs, styles of learning and desired outcomes. I use this to improve my content which is a mixture of knowledge based content and case studies to demonstrate real-life scenarios. I expect learners to do work through assessment that demonstrate their understanding of context, how it can be applied in their context and critique of existing approaches and knowledge
