About Noel
I’m a guitar tutor with 10 years of experience, and I also perform and compose regularly. I hold a Bachelor of Music in Composition with a guitar emphasis, which shapes how I approach teaching and playing. My passion lies in acoustic fingerstyle and classical guitar performance, where intricate arrangements and subtle expression truly come alive. I believe music is a creative and lifelong skill that anyone can develop. I work with both beginners and advanced players, tailoring lessons to each student’s goals and abilities. Whether you’re just starting out or refining complex pieces, I’m committed to helping you discover the joy of nuanced self-expression through the guitar. Together, we develop your aural skills so you can pick out melodies and improvise with ease. My lessons are interactive and practical, encouraging you to listen closely and trust your ears. With consistent practice, you’ll improve your musical memory and recognition. I support every step of your progress, ensuring you build these skills steadily and confidently.
