About Cormac
I'm Cormac, a pro football and performance coach with years of experience developing players across different ages and ability levels. I founded Master Performance Academy to provide high quality, individualized coaching focusing on developing better people, better players and better athletes.
I combine technical football development with speed, movement and decision making. We develop Confidence while we work on physical performance as I believe every player can improve through the right structure and coaching.
Alongside football coaching I work in Rehab & Performance through The Neuro Hub. Where I assess Posture and realign and help people move, perform and recover.
My approach is professional, positive and player focused. Whether you're new to football or looking to level up your game. My goal is to understand your strengths, improve your weaknesses and become a more confident, complete player.
