About Claire
My enthusiasm for languages encouraged me to complete a PhD in French Language Education before beginning my teaching career. During the past 10 years, I have helped students from different backgrounds develop practical language skills through supportive and engaging lessons. Every learner has strengthened my passion for education.
I believe language learning should be clear, encouraging, and connected to real life. My lessons combine grammar, conversation, pronunciation, and cultural understanding while allowing students to learn at a comfortable pace. Building confidence is always one of my highest priorities.
In my free time, I enjoy reading French literature, following international culture, and creating new classroom resources. These interests enrich every lesson I teach. Helping students become confident French speakers continues to be one of the greatest joys of my career.

My French lessons help students build confidence through practical communication and structured learning. We study grammar, verb conjugation, pronunciation, vocabulary, listening, reading, writing, conversation practice, and useful everyday expressions using simple English explanations. Every lesson creates a comfortable space where students enjoy learning and making progress.
Lessons are personalised to suit each learner's needs and pace. Beginners develop essential communication skills, while advanced learners strengthen fluency, comprehension, writing accuracy, and natural speaking ability. Interactive exercises, role plays, reading passages, and listening activities make every class engaging and productive.
Learning French also means exploring its rich culture and traditions. I include authentic expressions, cultural discussions, and practical situations that help students communicate naturally. My goal is to make French enjoyable, useful, and rewarding for every learner.
