About Arran

I am a guitarist, musician and producer which I studied at university. In my career I have toured around the UK, been played on BBC Radio 6 and BBC Radio several times. I love to teach students, discovering and achieving what they want to learn from playing guitar together.

About the lesson

Depending on the skill level, will go by a step-by-step basis. Learning certain practices and accommodating to the music the student enjoys, whilst also showing them new genres and ways of playing the guitar. Keeping an open discussion and allowing them space to discover themselves.

Deadly! Arran is absolutely fantastic. My son loves his lessons and I have never seen him more enthusiastic about learning the guitar. He is very patient and a great teacher. Cannot recommend more.

Deadly! This is my first time having g a tutor and Aaran is excellent, he is calm patient and really interested in what you want to learn, he teaches at your own pace and explains everything clearly - so far so good and I would highly recommend Aaran as a tutor

Deadly! We are thrilled with our son’s guitar lessons from Arran. In 3 lessons he has helped our son to make progress and keen to learn more each week. Lessons are adapted to songs my son loves. He looks forward to his lessons each week.

Arran Is a musician I have seen play for years, so for me to get a chance to have lesson from him was incredible, in just one lesson he managed to help me with technique, it was only 30 minutes but not the right length so as not to overload my brain! I highly recommend him
