About Lisa
I am a professional musician from South Shields. I graduated with a BA Hons degree in music back in 2018 and have been working professionally as a musician since.
As well as teaching guitar, I am also a session musician, this means I have had the wonderful opportunity to play on people's songs and albums...one song that I have played on has reached over 800,000 plays on Spotify!
I am also the proud author of 'Guitar Geeks Set Up Guide'. This is a book I published in 2021, which shows people how to set up, maintain and fix their guitars. This book has sold internationally and is one of my greatest achievements!
On the weekends I perform at people's weddings and parties. I love being apart of someone's special day!

All lessons are tailored to each student. After a discussion with a potential student, I come up with a plan to help them achieve their goals!
All my lessons take place over zoom, however all of my current stunts enjoy them as they get to learn from the comfort of their own home. Students also receive worksheets in the form on chord diagrams and scale patterns. These are sent over via email, so you have something to refer back to.
Whether you want to play acoustic or electric guitar, I have you covered! I also play a range of genres, so please let me know if you have a particular genre in mind!
