I am 23 years old and an ex professional from London irish now semi pro at Rosslyn park rfc having over 25 caps in the National 1. With ambitions to go back to the premiership and championship.
As well a teacher, teaching at a SEMH school.

My teaching method is a mixture of low technology based such as kinesthetics and high technology of game based learning. I used this methods due to the hands on and practical aspect of rugby and the best way to develop your learning is to practice and practice. Professional still to this day practice the fundamentals of the game
