About Niall
Hi, I'm Niall, a design professional with a passion for photography, design and helping others develop creative skills. I hold a degree in Visual Communications and have spent my career creating engaging visual content and learning experiences for international organizations.
I believe photography is about much more than owning a good camera. It's about understanding light, composition, storytelling and developing the confidence to capture the moments that matter. Whether you want to learn the basics, improve your travel photography, master manual mode or explore editing techniques, I'll tailor each lesson to your interests and pace.
My teaching style is patient, encouraging and practical. I enjoy helping people discover their own creative eye and making photography accessible, enjoyable and rewarding for learners of all ages and abilities.

Whether you're picking up a camera for the first time or looking to take your photography to the next level, my lessons are designed around your goals and experience. We'll cover everything from camera settings and composition to lighting, storytelling and photo editing in Adobe Lightroom.
Lessons are practical, relaxed and hands-on, with plenty of opportunities to get out and shoot rather than just learning theory. I can help you understand your camera, improve your creative eye and build the confidence to consistently capture great photographs.
With a background in visual communications and years of experience creating engaging visual content, I focus on helping you develop skills that are both creative and technically strong. Lessons are available online or in person around Cork and can be tailored for beginners, hobbyists or aspiring professionals.
