I was fortunate to meet Viktoria when I was seeking lessons to prepare for my Senior Certificate piano exam. I'm a mature student, a piano teacher myself with a goal to further my skills beyond Grade 8. Viktoria is the perfect teacher for me - she is an exceptionally talented performer at concert pianist level and is highly proficient and experienced in teaching. Her extensive knowledge of the advanced repertoire and her outstanding ability to impart technical skills has been so helpful to me and has enabled me to improve greatly in a short period. Viktoria is a great piano teacher and a lovely person. Welcoming and puts you at ease, it's nerve racking playing for someone else. She tailored a plan for me as I had done a little bit of piano before. But I can honestly say I've improved so much more in the 7 weeks or so I've been going to Victoria than when I tried a local piano school. I'd highly recommend her. It's also fun and enjoyable albeit challenging. She is Russian but has excellent English and is very good at explaining things. What I really like is she tailors the plan to you based on where you are at. Thanks for everything so far Viktoria and looking forward to advancing over the coming months.
