About Pedro
I have been teaching singing, guitar, songwriting and production for 4 years. My students range from adults to children. I have been trained to teach singing by Daniela Longaray, a certified singing coach with 15 years of experience.
Academically, I have a masters from York University where I researched new applications of technology in music production. I have also helped create a university course in digital audio.
Musically, I have performed in the local Toronto scene for 7 years having played in various bands as a guitarrist, lead singer, or backup singer. I have produced 2 albums and I am working on a government funded solo music project this year.

For technique, I teach singing using Dean Kaelin's methodology. However, I make sure to speak with students about their goals and reasons for singing and I adapt the program to fit their needs. Typically, for our lessons we will work on songs chosen by you and I will give you personalized exercises to train your voice to be balanced and strong.
