About Aysu
I conduct my lessons in a supportive and structured way, creating a comfortable learning environment for my students. Each lesson begins with technique and warm-up exercises, followed by repertoire, Mugham practice, and musical interpretation. I explain concepts clearly and patiently, adapting my teaching method to each student’s level, pace, and goals. I encourage questions, regular practice, and musical expression, helping students build confidence and strong technical foundations.

I am a professional Qanun (Kanun) player from Azerbaijan with strong experience in traditional music and Azerbaijani Mugham. I have studied and performed Mugham repertoire and Eastern classical music, focusing on authentic style and technique. Alongside performing, I am passionate about teaching and sharing the rich musical traditions of Azerbaijan with students worldwide. My teaching approach combines discipline, patience, and musical understanding, helping students grow both technically and artistically.
