About Julio
I am a bilingual political scientist, MA in Criminology and Criminal Justice Policy from the University of Guelph and MA in International Affairs with emphasis in security. I am fluent in English, Spanish and have good knowledge of French.
I acquired my work experience in security and defence working as the linkage between the Armies of the United States and Colombia and providing my services as security analyst for the implementation of social development projects in high-risk areas in Colombia.
