About Sebastián

I am a professional salsa dancer, with more than years of experience, national champion, I have represented Colombia in the United States, Mexico, Jamaica, competing in large competitions and with the Colombian Foreign Ministry, for more than 5 years, I have been a teacher of salsa and bachata , currently working in 2 dance academies and in personalized classes. I am a sports training student, I have been able to work as a coach in 2 companies. Therefore, I can work as a personalized coach, physical activity, and / or salsa and bachata teacher.

About the lesson

My methodology is visual and experimental, the student will always be guided by me, that is, at the beginning they will execute the steps or exercises with me continuously and once the exercise is automated, I proceed to correction and perfection, where the student through their sensations you will feel the correction or perfection that I have previously done.
