About John

My name is John, and I am a South Indian chef based in North Carolina with more than nine years of experience in hotels and restaurants. I specialize in dosa, curries, biryani, and home-style Indian cooking. I enjoy teaching beginners and showing simple techniques that make cooking easy and enjoyable. My goal is to help you confidently prepare authentic South Indian dishes at home.

About the lesson

In my online South Indian cooking lessons, you will learn step-by-step how to make perfect dosa, coconut chutney, curries, biryani and home-style Indian meals. I teach in a simple and friendly way, correcting your techniques live so you understand batter consistency, pan heat, spice balance, and real restaurant-style methods. Beginners are welcome.
