About Krishnendu
I am a Tabla teacher and player having 16 years experience from Banaras Gharana. Have completed masters in Percussion music from Kolkata. Currently teaching individuals and groups. Have learned Tabla from Tabla Maestro Pt. Kumar Bose & Pt Pooran Maharaj Ji.

My teaching methods includes basic handsets to advance technique of Banaras baaj. I structure my teaching as per the interest of the student and plan it as per the learning skills of the students from preliminary handsets techniques to advance like kayda, Rela, Tukda, Chakradar, Bol padan, stuti padan etc.
