About Anna
I am a professional violinist and experienced violin teacher with 15 years of professional performing experience and 7 years of teaching experience.
My professional and academic background combines a strong classical tradition with extensive international performing experience. I studied at the Prokofiev Music College in Russia, the Jāzeps Vītols Latvian Academy of Music in Latvia, and the Estonian Academy of Music and Theatre in Estonia.
As an active performing musician, I have extensive experience as a soloist, chamber musician and orchestral violinist, performing in different countries across Europe and internationally. I am also a stylistically versatile musician, with a strong understanding of different musical styles, performance practices and approaches to musical interpretation.
My stage experience allows me to bring professional performance standards, practical knowledge and a deeper understanding of music into my teaching.
In my lessons, I work equally on the technical and artistic aspects of violin playing. We develop a solid technical foundation, including posture, bow technique, intonation and sound production, while also focusing on the musical meaning, character, style and interpretation of each piece.
I believe that good technique should serve musical expression. My approach is individual and adapted to each student’s age, level, goals and learning pace.
I teach children, teenagers and adults, from beginners to advanced students. I offer online violin lessons in Russian and Latvian.
Whether you are looking for a structured classical education, preparing for exams or performances, or simply want to develop your violin playing as an adult, I will help you build strong technical skills, musical confidence and a deeper understanding of the instrument and repertoire.

Professional Online Violin Lessons
I am a professional violin teacher and an active concert violinist with over 10 years of private teaching experience and 6 years of teaching in Latvian music schools.
I hold a Bachelor’s degree in Violin Performance from the Jāzeps Vītols Latvian Academy of Music and have performed extensively as a soloist and chamber musician in various European countries.
I offer individual online violin lessons for children, teenagers, and adults, from beginners to advanced students.
My lessons focus on:
• Building a reliable violin technique
• Developing a beautiful tone and accurate intonation
• Musicality and artistic interpretation
• Effective practice strategies
• Preparation for music school entrance exams, examinations, auditions, concerts, and competitions
Every lesson is individually tailored to the student’s goals, age, and level. My aim is not only to improve technical skills but also to help each student become a confident and expressive musician.
