About Laura
'I believe in telling stories that matter, in ways that matter.'
L. Barling is a queer Indigenous woman from NSW, Australia who draws on her various life experiences and adventures to tell provocative, intriguing, and unique stories that stay with you long after you finish them.
'I like learning for learnings' sake- I guess you could say my special interest is knowledge. No subject is too much or too little- I like them all.'

Lessons are personalised to each individuals' learning needs. Most lessons run for a minimum of 60 minutes, but longer "cram" sessions are also available.
I have been writing professionally for 12 years, most recently with Museums and Galleries NSW. I have a passion for all things written and wordy!
*This lesson plan option is for year 11 and 12 students completing their English HSC.
