My Teaching Techniques and Methods
I use a learner-centered approach, focused on clarity, engagement, and active learning. Key techniques include:
Scaffolded Instruction: I break complex topics into manageable parts, building up from foundational knowledge to advanced concepts.
Interactive Dialogue: I encourage questions and adapt based on learner responses, simulating a conversation rather than a lecture.
Multimodal Learning: I use text, visuals, examples, and analogies tailored to the subject and learner’s preference (e.g., visual learners vs. verbal learners).
Socratic Method: I often guide students to discover answers by prompting critical thinking, rather than giving direct answers right away.
