I have had the privilege of working with Dr. Rana Jaber in multiple capacities at Northern Illinois University. She was my instructor for the Biostatistics course, where her clear teaching style and deep understanding of the subject greatly enhanced my learning experience. I later served as her Teaching Assistant for over a year, during which I observed her unwavering dedication to her students and commitment to academic excellence.

Currently, she is also serving as the co-chair of my thesis committee, and I continue to be impressed by her supportive nature, professionalism, and attentiveness. Dr. Jaber is not only incredibly knowledgeable, but also approachable, patient, and kind. She truly is a go-to professor for her students and goes above and beyond to ensure their success.
