About Nick

I studied Spanish for a year in high school, another year at the University of IUPUI, and then eventually lived in Guatemala. Since living back in the U.S., I have used my Spanish in the home (my wife is Guatemalan), in the workplace, and as a translator/interpreter for several companies. I'm familiar with traditional, formal classroom education in both my high school and university settings using a textbook, but I'm also familiar with being self-taught through the use of Rosetta Stone and the utilization of an electronic dictionary while living immersed in Guatemala, learning day-by-day living amongst the native Spanish speakers and their cultural nuances. As a concrete sequential learner, I can use my own gifts of great organization, attention to detail, high productivity, and reliable dependability to help you achieve your Spanish speaking goals.

Hola! I'm Nick! I believe myself to be a concrete sequential learner and tend to perform in ways consistent with this way of learning, thinking, and performing: gifts of great organization, attention to detail, a tendency to always complete tasks, high productivity, and reliable dependability. So, I trust that my learning and teaching methods will also assist you in efficiently learning Spanish.
