About Kundan

I am a personal fitness instructor. I've been giving fitness classes since 2014. I'm certified by ACE and ITF.

About the lesson

Class is structured depending on the specific requirements/ goal, body conditioning and recovery ability. 3 days strength training, one day mobility, one day conditioning and 2 days recovery is suggested along with an active lifestyle to gain maximum benefit from the programmes. I believe everyone can improve their fitness, stamina, mobility and strength if they are consistently working out with proper guidance. I have been training young sports enthusiasts to 82 years old seniors, persons with partial paralysis since 2014.

Deadly! Kundan is an excellent coach. I had too much of resistance for strength training and he has really made it work for me in a fun loving way. Two months gone by and looking forward to many more training with him.
