About Rhea
My interest in programming began with curiosity about creating solutions using logic and code. This led me to pursue a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science and a Master’s degree in Software Engineering, where I gained both theoretical and practical experience in software development. Over 11 years of teaching, I have guided learners from beginners to advanced coders, helping them develop both confidence and competence in programming.
I focus on structured, patient, and supportive teaching. Many learners initially feel intimidated by abstract concepts or complex syntax, so I provide step-by-step guidance, practical examples, and interactive exercises. My lessons encourage independent problem-solving, experimentation, and analytical thinking, enabling students to understand the principles behind their code rather than relying on memorization.
Outside the classroom, I continue to explore programming languages, frameworks, and emerging technologies, integrating relevant insights into my lessons. Teaching programming is highly rewarding because I witness learners grow from uncertainty to proficiency, applying their skills creatively, confidently, and independently. Supporting their journey toward mastery remains the most fulfilling aspect of my work.

My lessons focus on Python, Java, algorithms, data structures, object-oriented programming, and project-based problem-solving. Lesson content is customized for each student. Beginners explore basic syntax, variables, loops, conditions, and simple program structures. Advanced learners tackle complex algorithms, optimization techniques, application programming interfaces, and larger-scale projects.
